Q: Do I need medical insurance if I join your practice?

A: We recommended that you carry health insurance to provide coverage for services not performed in our office. Most patients carry traditional insurance to cover other medical expenses, but some have a high-deductible medical insurance plan with a Health Savings Account. You will still be responsible for charges outside of our practice such as: hospital bills, prescriptions, consultations with specialists, CT or MRI scans, and laboratory tests other than your annual screening tests. Some patients may save money by purchasing a major medical or a higher deductible insurance plan.

Q: What is your annual fee or membership?

A: We have a set fee range based on age and medical complexity that is clarified during your initial consultation. Please call our office to set up a complimentary consultation to discuss joining the practice. Contact us or (941) 954-9990.
