PERSONAL MESSAGE

I joined Sarasota Personal Medicine to provide the highest quality of care and develop authentic and lasting patient-centered relationships—a precedent that Dr. Fineman established for this practice. Here I bring experience managing complex and diverse populations at Florida’s flagship research and medical training institution to provide cutting-edge and evidence-based medicine to keep up with an ever-changing and modern medical landscape. I believe the patient-physician relationship, and trust built through open and honest communication, is paramount to quality. This forms the foundation of my practice philosophy.

My background is in internal medicine with a focus in primary care. I have served patients through the UF Health hospital system, the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, and the indigent population of Alachua county through the UF Health Mobile Clinics. I am overjoyed to bring this diversity of experience and passion for medicine to the people of Sarasota.

I am a third-generation native of Sarasota, Florida, and a graduate of Sarasota High School. I enjoy Gator athletics, fishing, SCUBA diving, woodworking, and other outdoor pursuits. My wife, Claire, also a Floridian and University of Florida graduate, is a periodontist. I am thrilled to be in my hometown to continue my career and raise a family in this beautiful place. As a concierge physician, I am committed to accessibility while delivering a superior level of high quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Being a partner in my patients' medical care, where I can understand their unique circumstances, is essential to prioritizing and providing their short and long-term medical needs. I look forward to earning my patients' trust and exceeding their expectations.
