JULIE DOOLEY, MSN, APRN, AGPC-C

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Julie joined the SPM team in July 2017. She completed her undergraduate degree at Florida State University and her graduate degree at the University of South Florida. Her nursing experience has included transplant medicine, cardiovascular care, dermatology, hospice, home health, internal medicine, and nursing leadership. She is a Florida native, born in Jacksonville, then relocated to Sarasota with her husband and daughter in 2007. She loves being a mother, enjoys any outdoor adventure, and being active in her book club.

ALYSSA MILLER, BSN, RN

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Alyssa was born and raised in Sarasota and has been working in the medical field for over 10 years. She has her bachelor’s in nursing and has gained experience in internal medicine, acute care, med-surg, and respiratory specialties. After gaining vast nursing experience she has rejoined the SPM team to provide individualized care and to build lasting relationships with patients. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

MARY ANN, RN

REGISTERED NURSE

Mary Ann is a Florida native and has been caring for patients as a nurse for over 29 years. She has two daughters that are her pride, one graduated from USF and the other University of Alabama.  Mary Ann has a love for animals and traveling, most recently visiting Ireland with her daughters.

“Working in concierge medicine has afforded me the opportunity to fulfill one of the reasons I entered the nursing profession. It allows me to deliver highly personalized care and allows  me time to develop lasting relationships with my patients.”  

BRIANA, BSN, RN

REGISTERED NURSE

As a fifth-generation Floridian, Briana has a passion for serving the local community through nursing. Her compassionate nature drew her to nursing, and she is a proud graduate of State College of Florida’s nursing program. Briana is joining SPM from Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where she cared for patients in a medical-surgical unit. She enjoys fishing as well as spending time with her friends and family.

KATHY, RN

REGISTERED NURSE

Florida has been Kathy’s home for the past 20 years, and she is originally from Connecticut. Kathy began her career as an early elementary educator then transitioned to nursing 10 years ago with a focus on primary care. She has raised two boys, has 2 dogs, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loves almost any outdoor activity.

GRACE, CNA

PATIENT COORDINATOR

Grace is a certified nurse assistant and certified phlebotomist. She was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 1986. After living in Connecticut, she and her three brothers relocated to Sarasota in 1994. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends while enjoying the Florida lifestyle. 

“It is my goal to give each patient what I expect when I see my practitioner, prompt attention, warmth and assurance.”

HELENA

PATIENT COORDINATOR

Helena is a certified phlebotomist and patient coordinator. She grew up in Sarasota and returned home after working as a certified optician providing optical care in Bermuda and Hilton Head, SC. After enjoying a long career working in optical care, she transitioned into concierge medicine as a patient coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, and cooking for her family and friends.

“I am excited to be surrounded by a team that delivers such outstanding healthcare, the way medicine should be. The principle of treating others as you want to be treated is a value I hold high and is carried out by each member of the SPM team. I am honored to be a part of a team that shares my values.”

PATIENT LIAISON

Sue joined SPM in 2016 after returning to Florida from the Pacific Northwest where she enjoyed watching her grandsons grow up. She is a graduate of Florida College of Natural Health and is an avid reader of all things health related. Traveling is her passion, but the newest love in her life is her dachshund puppy named George.

“Witnessing first hand the exceptional dedication and genuine care that the doctors and staff have for our patients and families makes me proud to be a part of the SPM team.”

SUSAN

PATIENT LIAISON

Susan has lived in Lee County, Florida since 1985, originally hailing from Chicago. She has been working in the medical field since 2006 and worked the majority of her career at a surgery center in Fort Myers before joining the SPM team. She moved to Lakewood Ranch following her daughter’s acceptance to medical school in Bradenton. She enjoys exploring the area with her husband and daughter, as well as spending time with her dog, Santana.

“The team atmosphere is genuine and encouraging; witnessing the care delivered to each patient makes me think ‘this is how medical care is supposed to be.’”
